Wow. Where do I begin? This is really beautiful. One of the best pictures of Miku in this costume I've seen yet! I think you really captured the movement of the song and her character here, from the glow behind her to the swooping pieces of hair.

I'm a bit critical of her pose. It's really... simple, I suppose. I don't know wether you drew this out of boredom and didn't care about the pose, or wether you really were planning out this picture for months. Since the mask is falling off (and we all know the meaning of that scene), I would figure her pose would have her hand reaching to her face. Then again, it isn't really a major problem at all. At least we get to see more of her costume this way. And I feel like her left cheek is a bot too much. Try smoothing it out a touch.

The folds in her skirt are a bit unrealistic, but I just about see past that with the blue glow off of her clothes. I simply love that glow. You did a good job at drawing it! I really love the folds and lighting on her right puffy sleeve.

I love the hair! I love seeing hair like that flowing gracefully in that mysterious breeze. The hair in front of her thought looks a bit rigid. I like the strands of hair on the right side of the picture more.

The skin tones for the shading and light work well here. I absolutely love the way the blue in the background looks. Very smooth, like real light. And great idea to add those tiny spots next to her. They give us something else to look at.

Though just have to ask: why is her eye on fire? I just don't get it. Combining Hatsune Miku and Black Rock Shooter?

Great job with the staff. It really looks good. I like the small patches of blue light being reflected off of it.

Overall, a beautiful piece. Wonderful work!
